You may be working or looking for job to survive and sustain you life. However, you need not just a job. What you need is a decent job; what we need is decent work. Yes, many in Africa are looking for any available just to get by, but it is time to demand for decent job from the government, and all employers of labour. if it is a job, it must be a decent job
So what is decent job…decent job?
Decent work is productive work that delivers a fair income, rights, social protection and supports sustainable economic growth. It is a source of dignity and the foundation of peace, social justice, greater equality and is at the heart of the UN’s 2030 Agenda.
